Information Technology Analyst Programmer III – Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of Neighborhood Services Department specific applications to support business needs. Assisted the development and implementation of the department’s strategic plan and annual IT Budget plan. Advocated and participated in creating and carrying out departmental policies and procedures. Successfully managed projects include the financial and budgeting aspects of all IT departmental purchases including major department purchases and keeping them within budget. - Leverage and extend utility of 25 years old legacy software by writing 20+ processes in Java and C#

- Designed and implemented REST services in ASP.NET/C# as middleware for City of Phoenix Oracle backend and 3rd Party Vendor Web/Mobile application.
- Designed and implemented middleware process in C# to query, process and transfer data between City of Phoenix Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Phoenix At Your Service system and Oracle Database/25 years old legacy department software.
- Use ArcMAP, Oracle PL/SQL queries and GIS Spatial Data to create maps to meet Neighborhood Services Department needs.
- Use Oracle APEX Rapid Application Development environment to design and implement new applications to fill business needs gaps in Neighborhood Services Department while awaiting funding to replace legacy Neighborhood Services Department applications.
- Design and implement Esri mapping web applications in JavaScript using ArcGIS API.
- Assisted in development of the department GPOs in Active Directory for Neighborhood Service Department and as administrator of the department’s Active Directory
- Implemented Crystal web server required for creating detail departmental reports, quality assurance reports, performance management reports, various customs reports, and the data in them to identify trends or problems areas.
- Participated in upgrade of SharePoint online department intranet and internet web sites
- Created, tested, and implemented new Oracle schemas, packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and cron jobs in PL/SQL to support 25 years old legacy client-server applications (with unchangeable code base) to add new business logic at the database level.
